CANCELLATION POLICY

SALON POLICIES ✨ Please review these before booking. They help me respect everyone’s time and keep the salon running smoothly. ⸻ 💵 DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS • NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED for standard bookings. • IF I RESCHEDULE your appointment, NO deposit will be required. This is never your fault and will not count against you. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY: • PLEASE PROVIDE at least 24 HOURS’ NOTICE for any cancellations or reschedules. • LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE: A 20% CANCELLATION FEE will apply. • NO CALL / NO SHOWS: 50% OF THE SERVICE will be charged and may risk future booking privileges. • I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR BOOKING to anyone at my discretion to protect the safety, comfort, and integrity of my salon space. ⸻ 🚗 ARRIVAL PROCEDURE • Upon arrival, please REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE until you receive a text or call from me inviting you inside. • This helps keep the salon calm and prevents overlap between clients. ⸻ ⏰ ARRIVAL & TARDINESS • 5 MINUTES LATE: Service may be shortened. Nail art will be simplified to a solid color. • 10 MINUTES LATE: Appointment may be downgraded or rescheduled. If rescheduled, a DEPOSIT will be required (applied to your final payment; no extra fee). • 15+ MINUTES LATE: Appointment will be rescheduled, and a DEPOSIT will be required to rebook. ——— 🛠 REPAIRS & GUARANTEE • GEL & BUILDER GEL MANICURES: Any damage occurring AFTER 3 DAYS will result in a repair fee. • GEL-X & ACRYLIC FULL SETS: Any damage occurring AFTER 4 DAYS will result in a repair fee. • Please notify me as soon as possible if an issue arises so we can assess and schedule accordingly. ——— 📸 MEDIA & PRIVACY • I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO USE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS from appointments for business promotion, marketing, and social media. • Client privacy will always be respected — FACES WILL BE BLOCKED OR CROPPED OUT, and identifying details will never be shared without consent. • Any promotional content that references client stories, conversations, or personal experiences will have names, circumstances, and ALL IDENTIFYING OR INTIMATE DETAILS ALTERED to fully protect client confidentiality. ⸻ 👥 GUEST POLICY For the comfort and safety of all clients: • NO EXTRA GUESTS, CHILDREN, OR PETS are allowed during appointments. • EXCEPTION: New or nursing mothers may bring their newborn and ONE guest to assist with care; valid until baby turns 1 year old. • TODDLERS are not permitted unless prior approval is given. ⸻ 💖 THANK YOU for helping keep the salon space calm, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
